Tim Irvin, Vice President & Founder
Tim Irvin’s extensive cybersecurity experience includes FAA Information System security engineering, system design, development, implementation and testing for over 30 years. He has supported FAA National Airspace System (NAS) modernization efforts for over 23 years including developing the FAA’s IP networking infrastructure and NAS Cyber Operations (NCO) Security Operations Center (SOC) capability.
Mr. Irvin’s operational and information technology technological and leadership strengths range from compliance with National Institute of Standards and Technology Risk Management Framework (NIST RMF) regulations and standards, to 24×7 system security monitoring and resolutions.
Prior to starting SysNet Technologies, Tim was a Senior Engineer at Booz | Allen | Hamilton and previously Vitro Corporation where he secured a variety of Department of Defense and civilian agency systems. In addition to his higher education degree, Tim has cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CISSP) and customer (e.g. FAA) awards of excellence. Tim’s extensive talent is an essential component of the SysNet altruistic culture of proficiency in service to our federal clients.
