SysNet Technologies is proud to announce that it has been named one of the Washington Business Journal’s 2025 Best Places to Work, marking its second time receiving this prestigious recognition since first earning the title in 2023. This year, SysNet ranked #19 on the list of Best Places to Work in the Medium Companies category, a testament to the organization’s continued dedication to fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and mission-driven workplace.

The Best Places to Work awards honor the Greater Washington area’s top 100 companies across four size categories, selected from hundreds of submissions. Winners are determined exclusively by confidential employee feedback collected through Quantum Workplace surveys, which measure key areas such as team engagement, leadership trust, communication, workplace culture, and overall satisfaction.

Survey results revealed exceptionally high scores for SysNet in leadership integrity, employee value, and work-life balance. One employee noted, “Leadership has high integrity. Many of our coworkers have been with the company for decades. SysNet values its employees and treats people well. Certification and technical training costs are covered, ensuring a top-quality workforce.”

A particularly strong indicator of success came from a perfect score in the category of leadership valuing employees as their most important resource.

“Being recognized again as one of the Best Places to Work is both a tremendous honor and a reflection of what we value most—our people,” said SysNet President/CEO Richard Bodson. “We are intentional about creating a workplace where integrity, collaboration, and professional growth thrive. Our culture is rooted in trust and mutual respect, and this award affirms that our employees experience it every day.”

SysNet’s repeat placement on the list highlights the company’s sustained focus on employee wellbeing, professional development, and building a purpose-driven culture where people can do their best work while supporting critical national cybersecurity priorities.
