Policy Management
- Develop, publish, and enforce agency’s cybersecurity policy
- Review national cybersecurity policy for National Airspace System (NAS) impacts
- Tailor agency’s cybersecurity policy to address operational requirements
Public/Private Cybersecurity Partnership
- Collaborate with key Government entities such as DHS and DoD to establish standards for protecting national critical infrastructure
- Partner with other national critical infrastructure entities through venues such as the Industrial Control System Joint Working Group (ICSJWG) to coordinate cybersecurity best practices
- Participate in transportation sector Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISAC)
Exercise Planning/Execution
- Develop, plan and execute cybersecurity exercises and participate in national cybersecurity exercises
- Conduct periodic internal cybersecurity exercises to determine operational improvement needs
